MCA vide its notification dated 24th September, 2024, extended the due date for filing of Form CSR-2 till 31st December, 2024 for Financial Year 2023-24. Before the said notification, being an addendum to AOC-4, the said Form was required to file within 30 days of the AGM, however with the introduction of the said notification, form CSR-2 can be filed separately after filing of form AOC-4. Small relief for all Companies who need to file form CSR-2.
