The Four-Way Test: Four Questions That Continue to Change the World
⚖️ Few ideas have stood the test of time like Rotary's Four-Way Test. Simple enough to remember yet powerful enough to guide everyday decisions, it continues to shape the character of Rotarians around the world.

The Four-Way Test asks four questions: Is it the Truth? Is it Fair to all concerned? Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships? Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?

These principles apply far beyond Rotary meetings. They help us make ethical decisions in business, strengthen relationships at home, and build trust within our communities. When we pause to reflect before speaking or acting, we often create better outcomes for everyone involved.
