Conditions for working women worker
1. Minimum - 10 women employees in a night shift
2. Women supervisor/ Shift engineer
3. Women nursing staff required if more than 100 women employees coming in night shift
4. Women security guards
5. Pick & drop from residence to office/plant
6. Monthly meeting with Occupier
7. Yearly return before 31st January
8. Mandatory Intimation to Labour department before employed women employees in night shift
9. Others are facilitated as per Factory Act- 1948
10. Lights and CCTV Camera to be installed and monitor regularly
