The legal profession is universally recognised as a noble calling, founded on trust, integrity, and unwavering faithfulness to the rule of law. An Advocate is not merely a representative of a litigant, but an officer of the Court, entrusted with upholding justice. When an Advocate betrays this trust by indulging in corruption or by abusing political influence to subvert due process, especially in criminal cases such conduct strikes at the very root of the justice delivery system. This danger is aggravated when public authorities or servants,who are expected to act impartially,abdicate their statutory duties and become mute spectators or willing instruments. Such a collapse of professional ethics and administrative responsibility erodes public confidence and undermines the constitutional promise of equality before law.

Constitution Day and the Need for Universal Awareness of Rights
Constitution Day, also known as “Samvidhan Divas”, is celebrated every year on 26th November to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26th November 1949, the Constituent Assembly adopted our Constitution, which came into effect on 26th January 1950.
The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, through its notification dated 19 November 2015, formally declared 26th November as Constitution Day to promote constitutional values among citizens.
Among all fundamental rights, the Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression is one of the most crucial pillars of our democracy. Equally important is the Right to Information, which empowers citizens to ask questions, demand accountability, and make informed decisions in public life.
The Present Reality
Despite RTI being one of the strongest transparency laws in the world, only around 2% of India’s 150 crore population actively uses the RTI Act. A major reason is lack of education, awareness, and understanding of how the government functions.
A democracy can function meaningfully only when its citizens are informed. Without proper information, how can voters exercise their freedom of expression or choose the correct and competent candidates in elections? Blind faith in names, slogans, or religious symbolism—whether “Ram” or “Sita”—cannot replace informed decision-making.
The Need for a National Mission
To strengthen constitutional values and empower every citizen, the Government of India should adopt a Five-Year Nationwide Awareness and Literacy Plan aimed at:
Making 100% citizens aware of their fundamental rights and duties

Educating people—especially those who studied below 10th standard—about:
The functioning of government institutions
How to seek information under the RTI Act
How democratic processes work
How to participate responsibly in public life
Promoting civic literacy, legal literacy, and constitutional values at all levels
Why This Is Essential
Without awareness, education, and access to information:
The freedom of expression becomes symbolic, not real
Elections cannot reflect truly informed choices
Citizens remain dependent instead of empowered
The government risks drifting from democracy to monarchy-like governance, where only a few have knowledge and power
A Constitution is meaningful only when every citizen understands it, uses it, and defends it.

नए श्रम क़ानून/श्रम संहिता (UNDER NEW LABOUR CODE) के तहत अब नियोक्ता 3 शिफ्टों को घटाकर 2 शिफ्टों में बदल सकते हैं, क्योंकि:
12 घंटे की ड्यूटी कानूनी रूप से अनुमत है,
हायर-एंड-फायर की सीमा को शिथिल कर दिया गया है,
हड़ताल करने का अधिकार लगभग समाप्त कर दिया गया है,
यूनियनों को कमजोर बना दिया गया है,
निरीक्षण और प्रवर्तन प्रणाली ढीली कर दी गई है,
नियोक्ताओं को अधिकतम लचीलापन दे दिया गया है।
यह पूरी व्यवस्था मज़दूरों के विरुद्ध झुकी हुई है और नियोक्ताओं के लिए सबसे बड़े छिपे हुए लाभों में से एक है। दुर्भाग्य से मज़दूर केवल गधे की तरह मेहनत करना जानते हैं; उन्हें अपनी वास्तविक गरिमा और मूल्य का ज्ञान ही नहीं है।

All are requested be ready to file R T I applicatios to Election Commission and ask the educational qualifications of the toal voters as on today ! They will say, they don’t have the information, but when lakhs of application is filed to Election Commissioner, it will go to our Legislators.
