🇮🇳 SUPREME COURT ORDERS RELEASE OF 105-YEAR-OLD PRISONER

⚖️ WHAT THE COURT SAID
The Bench comprising Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Justice V. Mohana held that, considering Mandal’s advanced age, there was no justification for denying him premature release merely because he had not completed the entire sentence.
