All roads lead to Parnell Park this Sunday where our sponsored team CLG Na Fianna Senior Hurlers take on Ballyboden St. Enda’s in the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship final. This will be Na Fianna’s third final appearance in a row and we are hoping that, for the first time in their 68 year history, they can bring home the silverware. Na Fianna Abú!

We are delighted to announce that our colleagues, Mary Walsh and Michelle Maycock have recently received their Certificates in Company Secretarial Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland!

This achievement is particularly admirable as they not only completed this course completely outside of office hours, but while also juggling very busy home lives at the same time. It is a testament to their determination and perseverance that they achieved these results.
The company secretarial needs of CFI clients are indeed in very safe hands!

According to the Companies Registration Office's recently released 2022 Annual Report, a whopping €7.9 million in late filing penalties were paid by companies last year! Ensure that your company avoids this by being aware of your Annual Return Date and filing deadline.

The Register of Beneficial Owners has just released its 2022 report. It is estimated that over 41,000 companies still have not filed with the RBO. As banks, financial institutions, and other service providers are now required to inspect the RBO before establishing a business relationship, we would advise filing as soon as possible to avoid delays and potential penalties. The Companies Registration Office has now announced the new commencement date for the PPSN disclosure requirement. This will be implemented on June 11th.
