Yesterday we had the pleasure of delivering a 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 workshop for the new starters at Trueline Products.

Together, we discussed what sexual harassment can look like in the workplace, how to confidently challenge inappropriate behaviors and the importance of creating a respectful and inclusive culture from day one.

Another great session at TalbotsLaw on Friday where we started part two of our Management Training, focusing on 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.

It is always rewarding to see managers taking the time to reflect, learn and build confidence in how they support their teams.

Strong leadership really does make all the difference in the workplace.

And of course, no training day is complete without a little fuel. Homemade brownies alongside some fruit for balance!

🎶 “𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚…” 🎶

It’s a lyric we all know and in employment law, it’s a phrase we often hear, just in different words.

Sometimes it means leaving a role that’s become untenable, negotiating a settlement agreement, moving on from a difficult or toxic environment.

Wanting to leave doesn’t mean you’ve failed or giving up. Sometimes it means you’ve recognised that something isn’t right.

If you’re thinking about exiting your role, get advice before you make any big decisions. Resigning without a plan can affect your legal position and there may be more options available than you realise.

A calm conversation early on can help you understand what “breaking free” could look like safely and strategically.

A little belated, but we finally got to celebrate Eid in the office today.

As you can see it turned into quite a feast! An incredible spread and an absolutely delicious homemade lunch thanks to Zakia.

𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴.

We're pleased to support an exciting fundraising challenge led by Nicky Dee and our Managing Director, Helen Moore.

In early May 2026, they will be cycling more than 305 km over three days from Toulouse to Bordeaux in aid of the Spinal Injuries Association.
