❤️🏠 GIVING SOMETHING BACK TO OUR ISLAND COMMUNITY 🏠❤️
At Isle of Wight Property Developments & Renovations, we want to do something a little different.
We’re a local, family-run business with over 25 years’ experience in the building and property development industry, and we know there are people across the Island who are struggling and have jobs around their home that they simply can’t afford to get sorted.
So we’d like to give away:
🔨 ONE FULL DAY OF A TRADESPERSON — COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE 🔨
We’re looking for an elderly person, pensioner, vulnerable resident or someone genuinely going through a difficult time who has a job at home that would make a real difference to them.
It could be:
🔧 Plumbing repairs
🪚 Carpentry repairs
🚪 Doors, handles & general repairs
🛠️ Property maintenance
🏡 Small home improvements
🎨 Making good & finishing jobs
❤️ Or simply something they’ve been unable to get sorted themselves.

A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
• The giveaway covers the labour of one tradesperson for one standard working day.
• The work must be on the Isle of Wight.
• We’ll discuss the job beforehand to make sure it can safely and realistically be completed within the day.
• Specialist or certificated works may be excluded depending on the job.
• Materials are not automatically included and will be discussed beforehand.
• No cash alternative is available.
• The person nominated must be happy for their details to be passed to us privately.
