“⚖️ A landmark moment in UK competition law! The Mastercard class action—one of the biggest in UK history—reached a £200 million settlement in December 2024 (subject to CAT approval).

This case, brought on behalf of 46 million consumers, challenged excessive interchange fees that allegedly led to higher prices. As the largest opt-out lawsuit under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it has set a major precedent for collective actions in the UK.

On 20, 2025, President Donald trump signed an executive order delaying the US ban on TikTok by 75 days. What happens next?
