SPONSOR LICENCE REVOKED? SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL CARE WORKERS

If you are working in England as a care worker or senior care worker under the Health and Care Worker visa and your employer’s sponsor licence has been revoked, regional support may be available to help you:

• understand your immigration status and employment rights
• find a new care-sector employer who may be able to sponsor you
• access financial support following job loss or unpaid wages
• obtain mental health and wellbeing support

You should contact the regional partnership covering the area where you currently live. Your email should include:

• your full name
• your current residential address
• your telephone number and email address
• the name of the employer sponsoring your visa
