✨ I can offer a free initial consultation by telephone call.
✨ I can offer appointments during the day or in the evening - I know first hand how tricky it can be to juggle childcare so I can be flexible with appointment times
✨ There is some work that can be done on a fixed fee so please get in touch if you need any help.

I'm back! After being on maternity leave, I am back and raring to go as a Consultant with Loose Legal.

We are very pleased to announce Emily Hall as one of our new consultants!

Emily is a Consultant Family Lawyer and Collaborative Lawyer. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018 and was previously Partner at a local firm specialising solely in Family Law.

Emily is experienced at dealing with all family and matrimonial matters, with a particular interest in assisting clients with complex financial assets, including properties, companies and pensions. Emily is also regularly instructed by clients needing assistance with resolving the arrangements for their children.

Emily is a Collaborative Lawyer and committed to working with clients, where appropriate, in this way to resolve any issues. Emily is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist in both complex income and asset financial matters and matters involving children.

As a military wife, Emily is experienced in dealing with separations involving military assets and issues and understands first hand the complicated workings of the military.

Emily is known for giving clear, honest and direct advice whilst dealing with matters as constructively and sensibly as possible.
