Been a bit quite for the last few weeks!
It’s been a tough old slog over the last three weeks. Unbelievable this was where we were three and a half weeks ago, but with help from some great trades we’ve finished project number 1👍 Can’t wait to share the finished project with you 😀

Well a lots happened in the last two weeks😀 We managed to get a week away, booked last year so timing was a bit naff for the project but it was a needed break! Daz and the lads at DJ construction & conversions had been very busy. Dug out all the foundations for the kitchen extension and cracked on with it. Have to say Wow 🤩 it’s looking really good and Darren has been fantastic at sorting things out for us🙏 We’ve also managed to finish the exterior paintwork and paint the lounge. Week ahead…… roof finished on extension and door and window. Gate fitted and 🤞we can push on with fitting the bathroom. As a first project we are learning so much. There’s a lot of things we will do differently next time but that’s what it’s all about, but loving this little house and looking forward to getting it finished and making it the perfect home for its next owner 🎉

Landing and stairs painted
Carpets and flooring order
Skip no 4 delivered
Old kitchen door blocked up

Back to it this week after a week away.
Front garden tidied up and gravel
Front bedroom ceiling plastered and bedroom now painted
Stairs, landing and hall plastered
New skirting in lounge put in
Knock through of kitchen into dinning room begun 🙈
Bit of a busy week to say the least 😀
