We’re thrilled to share that earlier this year, Moduliving entered into a joint venture with Artium to form AXM Partners - created to collectively acquire and deliver three airspace development sites across London and the South of England.

All three schemes have already secured planning permission and are now in build, each adding an additional storey to create a total of 11 new apartments.

We also successfully secured development funding through Cohort Capital. A huge thank you to Matt, Dipen, Eli and George for an enjoyable, seamless experience - we’re looking forward to delivering many more schemes together as our pipeline continues to grow.

This collaboration marks another major step forward in ModuGroup’s mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes through innovative off-site construction.

Every apartment will be precision-built in our Moduloft factory, minimising disruption on-site while maximising speed, quality and environmental performance. Installation is scheduled for Spring/Summer 2026.

Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this JV to life - we’re excited to watch these projects progress and to continue reshaping how London builds upward.

AXM Partners, ModuLiving and Artium Group's latest joint venture, introduces:

🏢 Mountfield - Tunbridge Wells - a contemporary roof top extension of 6 new apartments with a mix of one and two-bed homes.

🏢 Summerfield - Bromley - 3 new apartments, above an existing residential block.

🏢 Beverley Place - Ealing - 2 spacious West London apartments with two bedrooms each.
