🧠 World Brain Day 2026 🧠

Today, on World Brain Day, we're taking a moment to recognise the importance of brain health and to support those living with conditions such as dementia and other neurological disorders.

As a Wills & Probate team, we see first-hand the importance of planning ahead. Whether it's making a Will, putting Lasting Powers of Attorney in place, or assisting families with Court of Protection matters, having the right arrangements in place can provide reassurance and make difficult times a little easier.

To mark World Brain Day, our team has also been pleased to support our local dementia care home by donating a selection of colouring books, activity books and sensory toys, following their suggestions of items that help residents enjoy meaningful activities and stimulation.

A huge thank you to everyone in our firm who contributed to the collection. We hope our donation brings some enjoyment to the residents of Sherwood Court Care Home and supports the fantastic work carried out by the care home every day.

If you've been thinking about making a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney, there's no better time to start planning for the future. Our Wills & Probate team is here to help.

🧁💚 A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Marsden Rawsthorn Bake Off in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support! 💚

Our team baked up an incredible selection of cakes and sweet treats, all to raise money for a fantastic cause. 🍰👏

Unfortunately, we couldn't fit all of the brilliant bakes into one post, but every single contribution was appreciated and helped make the day such a success.

A big thank you to everyone who baked, donated and supported the event. Together, we're proud to have supported the amazing work Macmillan does for people living with cancer and their loved ones. 💚
