We will be working alongside Nick Raynor of Court View Financial Planning to provide a Free Estate and Financial Planning Workshop Clinic.

We will both be hosting these together at Court View's offices in Halton Tennis Centre, Halton, Aylesbury. You will receive a free 30-minute consultation with us or Nick to discuss your Wills, LPAs, Inheritance Tax and further financial planning measures and questions.

Should you wish to proceed with a Will Writing Service with A.D.E Wills following your consultation, we shall be donating 10% of the overall service proceeds to Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care.

The clinics are being held on Tuesday 7 and 14 May 2024, from 10am to 5pm.

This year, Solicitors for the Elderly ('SFE'), a membership body representing over 1,600 solicitors specialising in working with older and vulnerable people, has launched “Update Your Will Week” (28th March – 3rd April) in a bid to raise awareness of the importance of updating your will regularly.

Research commissioned by SFE has revealed that almost half of UK Wills haven’t been updated for more than five years. Of those, a third (33%) haven’t updated it for over 7 years, and a fifth (21%) haven’t dusted it off in more than a decade.
