A.D.E Wills is an Oxford-based Will writing and estate planning practice, run by Edward Richings.
We write Wills, prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney, and help people think through the wider picture — what happens to a home, who looks after the children, who steps in if you can't make decisions yourself. We also store Wills safely and keep them up to date.
Our name is what we do: Advise, Draft, Execute. We explain things in plain English, agree a fixed fee before we start, and take the time to get it right. No jargon, no pressure.
We're Will writers, not solicitors — full members of the Society of Will Writers, working to their Code of Practice and covered by professional indemnity insurance.
