of a declaration of freedom to marry for that dream wedding abroad, and with pre-nuptial (pre-marital) agreements. If you and your partner are unmarried, different laws apply to the division of your assets on separation. We can assist you in regulating your affairs while you live together with the preparation of a Living Together / Cohabitation agreement or in the event of a separation. Why we are different:

We provide a specialist family law service to clients throughout the Northwest of England and beyond in a modern and flexible way. Our clients are our number one concern. They are important to us and we listen to their needs. We appreciate that clients often find making that first appointment with a solicitor a daunting prospect, and sometimes find it difficult, due to work commitments, or child care arrangements, to come into an office to see us. That is why we are more than happy to receive instructions online or by telephone in a flexible way to suit you. If you prefer a face to face meeting with your lawyer you can visit us, or we can arrange to meet with you (home visits available upon request within the Cheshire area)

We are also able to offer evening and weekend appointments.
