Nothing to hide Nothing to fear,I'm either going to be found dead or ill be raided by cleveland police officers,as this £160,800 wrongly convicted Burglar sent a letter via Email that was suspended to councillor [email protected] to ask him to ORDER an investigation as to On the 13 May 2010 Neil scott was convicted on ONLY ONE SAMPLE OF BLOOD CALLED SG4,And Why An arresting Detective of the cleveland police farce "Admitted" in a written statement for NEIL SCOTTS trial at Teeside Crown Court that Crawford Had the Vital Continuity evidence,for Forensics,they Called It SG4 Blood,in his Posession on 23 March 2009 at middlehaven station at 1839 pm that day when 16 other Actual Forensics officers for the cleveland area stated,at 0453 pm on 23 march 2009,from Northormesby police forensics Secured Labs,3 samples of blood labelled as SG3/SG4/SG5 were all Packed together,sent by courier to HQ Ladgate lane by 0453,which for a 15 minute drive took one hourt and 45 minutes according to witnesses against Neil Scott,from there at HQ were sent to forensics in huntingdon,at no time was the trail of continuity compromised,then Crawford who stated the same day at a different time stated that the blood listed as SG4 was in his possession,blood found on a radiator,WAS NEIL SCOTTS Blood,he aslo didn't mention the other two samples which were supposed to be "All Packed Together",then he stated "HE sent SG4" off to forensics in huntingdon,TWO G4S reliance officers,and a police sargent Backed up the detectives statement that Two samples were taken at the station in an Email to scott,also a suspended account,but it can be Backed up,the Courier driver also stated that Three samples were delivered to HQ ladgate Lane and PC milner,yet pc milner states that she only received One sample from the courier which was SG4,at 0453 pm,and she then sent SG4 to forensics,all witnesses stated continuity was never breached at any time,reliance officers who stated they took Two samples from me on 23 march 2009 at 1839 pm but only One sample was Logged at the station in the data DNA LOG,so what happened to the 2 samples thgat didn't turn up at HQ,they witnesses then stated that Two samples went to billingham to be tested at a later date or the samee day 23 march 2009,noone knows as noone states it,so where is the CCTV footage of the Two samples said to have been Taken on that Day 23marc 2009,police spokesman stated it was Missing,lost,we cleared all the Missing custody suite CCTV footage recently,in an Email also Missing,because of a suspended email account,but Still Can Be Proven as all emails were photocopied,before I'd lost all the Accounts,so why did an unqualified police officer who stated for court say that he Never had any chgance to go into the crime scene,never took bloodf from me at the station,why did reliance staff state they knew it was illegal for them to take blood from a prisoner,as civilians who are Not Doctors, when the detective admitted blood was taken at the time,why did G4S reliance state Two samples were taken and then Not log it in Any paperwork at the time,Now thge facts that 6 judges received this evidence and did not Quash My conviction,I do not know,so on this evidence I appealed My conviction,at the royal courts of justice I sent it to them again,even with the interfered/Tampered with evidence of blood and the statements by the detective,it was also given as evidence to IPCC,during My appeal,in a complaint which was dispenced by IPCC as vexatious,why didf 6 judges refuse my appeal,refuse My Legal aid as an unemployed person,why didf my defence take over 28 days allowed by law to appeal evidence that my case has no case to answer based on the continuity evidence of that court,I was still convicted. For burglary,didn't serve jail time of community service for that offence,and afteer they Printed in the Local newspaper the Evening Gazette My Medical past,as Psychosis,delusional,paranoid,PSYCHOTIC Empty House £160,800 Burglasr,Why did DVLA give me a "Work With the Public" Service Vehicle Licence back to me after the fact, you know there's something wrong with the whole conviction,please send an email in support to the MP [email protected] right now to ask for an investigation
