It's a wet Friday night in November, but it's all smiles here at LMJ! I can finally share with you the recent overhaul project we've completed!!😍
We were asked if we could turn an old kitchen area, in an old property, into a practical functioning utility room & additional downstairs bathroom... Of course!
This project saw the removal & reinstallation of the ceiling, new walls erected, fully replastered, all new pipework for bathroom & rads, floors levelled & laid, spotlights & electrics, hand built units, kitchen units & worktop installed, radiator & towel rail installed, bathroom fully fitted, skirtings, doors & architraves ... The list goes on.

Thoroughly enjoyed this project & the best bit about it, the customer is thrilled too!

New patio installed in an ongoing project. The shed was the first addition/change!

This garden will eventually have all borders removed, astroturf lifted & turfed from fence to fence, raised pond installed & new pathway... Watch this space to see how this garden overhaul turns out!

Full lounge refurbishment recently completed! New sockets added/moved, walls replastered & sprayed, floor levelled before laying the new flooring. Brand new skirtings/architraves, new oversill, window resealed, new feature fire hearth, custom built unit with 3 doors & draw, new lights installed & last but not least, new blinds!

We think you'll agree this lounge now looks beautifully modern & stylish.

Don't panic if you want all your internal doors to match, but have smaller/odd sizes, we can customise these for you!

Just like this job where the cupboard door under the stairs had to be created from a full size door!... Not that we think you could tell 😁
