Hello, thank you for visiting my page.

I aim to provide a personable approach to the energy performance certificate survey.

EPCs are required when letting a property or when moving home. If major changes have taken place at the property it may be worthwhile obtaining a new certificate.

My background is in energy efficiency having worked for a sustainable energy charity for the past 6 years. This enables me to offer advice during the visit on how to reduce energy use.

I mainly cover the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas. If you are slightly further afield please let me know and I will see if a survey can be completed.

I am an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor with Elmhurst Energy (accreditation number EES/023812).
