We would like to introduce Jasmine Whittaker, one of our Legal Assistants. Since joining us earlier this year, Jasmine has quickly established herself as a dedicated and highly valued member of the team.

Jasmine is a recipient of the prestigious Sir Thomas More Scholarship from the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. She holds an MA Law (Conversion) with Distinction from The University of Law and previously graduated from the University of St Andrews with a double First-Class MA (Hons) in English and Modern History.

Before joining Surjj Legal, Jasmine volunteered with Citizens Advice alongside her studies. She remains committed to Pro Bono work through the Free Representation Unit, where she takes on cases, conferences with clients, assembles evidence, drafts written submissions and represents clients before the First-tier Tribunal.

Since joining Surjj Legal, Jasmine has supported solicitors across a broad range of practice areas including litigation, Debt Recovery, Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Employment law. Her responsibilities include liaising with and attending court to progress applications, managing case files, drafting documents, conducting legal research, preparing court bundles and helping to ensure matters progress efficiently.
