Here is some information on the culture of Norton Rose Fulbright. It can be difficult to reflect this in applications. Hopefully this will bring some clarity.

Culture is something the firm is very proud of and feel distinguishes them. Collaborative, Supportive, Open and Friendly are the words used by Dan Metcalfe who is the Graduate Recruitment Partner and also a Banking Partner to describe the culture. Essentially, there is no perceived hierarchy, people in the firm are every accessible which therefore allows personal development. This atmosphere of collaboration will, therefore, allow you to 'progress with purpose' within the firm. Norton Rose Fulbright is very focused on individuals, so, therefore, refer to experiences you have had, positions of responsibility and how these will benefit the firm and clients.
