Prices at the top of the chain have decreased for the first time this year. So is this a one off, or will it repeat?

The average asking price for a home in Britain dropped for the first time in 2021 following the end of stamp duty holiday savings for more expensive properties.

So it’s nearly the weekend, we’re already thinking about it. Since so many of you like to go out for walks, runs, rides with the family. I thought I would ask a favour.

If when you are out you see a run down, empty or boarded up property. Make a note of the address and ping it to me.

I will do all the hard work in finding out who owns it and if I manage to sell it to one of my clients or investors I will give you a very healthy financial reward.

You may already know of a few but have just passed without thinking about it but, now you know what I need, make a note of it and let me have it.

If we sell it, it could become a new home for a family, it will receive a lot of tlc and it will brighten up the area.

So don’t ignore it, find it, note it, ping it and I will do the rest.

Currently getting my company compliant, it's a long and complicated process with many things having to be done before the others can happen, kind of like a real life puzzle. The good news is I like puzzles and I cannot wait to complete this one.
