This is the start of a regular series where I’ll be answering questions about women’s legal rights in Libya — making the law clearer, more practical, and accessible. 🌿

✨ In this first conversation, I introduce myself and talk about why these discussions matter. Too often, women’s rights under the law are misunderstood or overlooked — and my hope is that through these interviews, we can shed light, answer real-life questions, and empower women with knowledge.

تخيّل هذا السيناريو...

رائد أعمال بدأ شركته الصغيرة بحماس كبير. فريق صغير، أفكار رائعة، ولكن لا يوجد أي نظام واضح…
كل شريك يتصرّف حسب رؤيته، لا توجد سجلات موثّقة، ولا مسارات واضحة لاتخاذ القرار.
وبعد أول خلاف مع أحد الشركاء أو تأخير في مشروع، تتوقف العجلة.
لا مستثمر يريد المخاطرة، ولا بنك يثق في تمويلها.

✴️ الآن تخيّل في الجهة الأخرى...

رائد أعمال آخر بدأ بنفس الحماس، لكن قرّر من اليوم الأول اعتماد الحوكمة المؤسسية.
