We help companies worldwide improve their growth and performance by enabling their employees to become shareholders. Our work includes:
- helping identify the right share scheme for your company
- legal implementation - preparing scheme documents, agreements, obtaining any Revenue approvals
- assisting with explaining how the plan works to its participants
We also advise on:
