Claim dismissed after five-day trial.

Streeter Marshall LLP is pleased to have acted for International Food Services Equipment Limited in successfully defending a substantial claim arising from the supply and installation of refrigerated wine storage units.

Following trial in the County Court at Central London, the claim was dismissed in full. The Claimant was ordered to pay the Defendant’s costs, including a substantial payment on account, and permission to appeal was refused.

The matter was conducted by Christopher Davies, with Matthew Winn-Smith of Lamb Chambers appearing as Counsel for the Defendant.
