How much do you think a business traveller's feelings come into question?

We were interested to read that SAP Concur and Qualtrics have announced Concur Experience Optimizer. They've shared how critical it is for companies to understand how their employees feel about travel, using data in a centralised space to meet their evolving needs in health and safety.

It's a great shift to put the traveller first, but how far will it extend in practice?
