Another really positive outcome from Kings View Medical Defence, with England suspension order revoked following a successful review hearing.

In this case, the had faced a long and challenging process involving allegations of lack of probity. After a detailed defence at the original hearing — where most disputed particulars were not proved — the panel imposed a suspension order pending review.

Ahead of that review, the social worker worked closely with Kings View Chambers and took part in Insight Works Training to support reflection and professional development. At the hearing, the panel agreed the social worker had demonstrated the necessary insight and progress, and revoked the suspension order with immediate effect.
