Plenty going on at the moment, an outside refurb of rotten windows, conservatory and doors. Replacement of a cracked shower tray and new aqua boards. New high flow guttering on a 3 story property on the high street. We have nearly finished a shop refurb in Newark, lots of work done including some nice oak doors.

We have been quiet on here for a while as we have worked our way through lots of work that came in around Christmas time...

This week we have taken apart a property destroyed by a bad water leak. The tenants had been away on holiday and came home to find water meeting them at the door. Now fully stripped out a company is coming in to get the place all dried out, then be ready to put it all back together.

We have just finished a shower refurb this week where the shower had been leaking for so long all the flooring and floor joists had rotten away. After we had repaired the flooring we lined the shower with Aqua Panels from Turnbulls, fitted the Aqualisa digital shower and screen back in and that’s another one done ✅

We offer a clean out underneath, gutter clean out and fitting metal mesh onto all sides stopping any repeat nesting.

Lots of different jobs lately, we had a porch roof that was leaning forward as the posts were rotten we managed to support and lift back in place and fitted new supports. Vertical radiator install and a paint out of a sunroom. Stud wall built for a customer that wanted to cover the under stair void but wanted power to hang their TV onto it. A new outside tap fitted, carpets stretched back into the door bars and a new gas metre box all on a pre-tenancy job.

A few bits we have been doing over the last couple of weeks, fitted new cladding on a balcony looking over Burton Waters...

A few bits we have been doing over the last couple of weeks, fitted new cladding on a balcony looking over Burton Waters, large area of decking all rotten underneath we dismantled it all and fitted a new frame and relayed the top boards, new flooring in a bathroom. Revived some wooden worktops in a kitchen.
