Before,during & after of a property with damp and mould issues ,
All stripped back to brick , then sealed with a salt neutraliser ,, we then applied waterproofing slurry ,, before fitting permaseal damp seal membrane,, then fitted insulated plaster boards ,, then new skirting boards ,, then we painted the walls with a thermal paint ,, also fitted a passyfier vent ducted to the outside,,
It was hard work but worth it with the end results ✅✅👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 Em L Wag
