Old cracked and uneven paths at different levels removed and paved with flag sandstone paving.

New steps installed to front and door, to make easier for access. Water main found and cut around where another contractor had buried it!

Repeat customer, had us back to continue work from the rear garden to the front.
Part of larger project, new paths installed to front and side, using Indian stone paving. Retaining wall built on the side elevation as levels needed to be built up, so all one level from back garden.

New stepping stones laid through grass to bin store area.

Property maintenance completed recently, cleaning out of air bricks so air can circulate around the property properly. And failed mortar joints repointed.
New extractor grill fitted where missing.
Cracked/split waste pipe replaced with new.

Project completed for one of our property management clients on a student accommodation. Was asked to install a new shower room and retile larger bathroom.

New stud wall installed and shower cubicle created, tiled throughout with white metro tiles and a feature wall using Otsu picket tiles. The floor of the small bathroom tiled with Knightsbridge silver patterned tiles. New doors fitted to both bathrooms.

With help of our subcontractors we have the job signed off on time and handed back to the Landlord.

Property maintenance at a student accommodation where sink waste pipe had to be replaced from the top upper floor bedroom.

The clips had perished and the pipe had pulled away from the wall.

Pipe and clips replaced up to the main waste away pipe.

New driveway and fence completed. Contact us for fence & driveway installation Mattsons Properties Ltd 07437514856

Old block paving taken up and disposed, area dug down to correct levels taking out 32ton of waste material by grab lorry.

New 900mm feather edge fence installed and concrete pin kerbs installed both ends to retain new driveway.

Charcoal block edgings laid around perimeter and a block paved rumble strip laid across the front of the driveway.

Blue Ice gravel spread over area to finish.

Recently completed a few jobs on a cottage property where gutters had been leaking and paint on the lower external wall was blowing and peeling as moisture was trapped behind.

Gutters cleaned out using our gutter sucker and 2new gutter unions installed.

Peeling and blown paint scraped and wire brushed off and repainted with a Breathable masonry paint

Contact us Mattsons Properties Ltd 07437514856 for your new Driveway project in block paving or gravel.

Recently completed gravel driveway where client needed extra space for parking. All dug out to correct levels, membrane laid and stone base compacted into place. New pin kerbs installed to retain neighbours gravel from coming through under fence.

Downpipe and drains sorted out where they were not connected properly.

New brindle block edging curve installed to create a bed.

20-5mm gravel spread over area to finish.
