Cut and clear project and post and rail fence installed

We were asked to clear garden waste that had accumulated over the years and cut the field hedge and raise trees in the meadow area.

2no grab lorries of waste taken away.

4 bar post and rail fence supplied, built on site.

Bespoke lean to shed built -
Customer asked us to build a lean to shed at the side of their property to make use of the dead space.

Extending the existing fence posts and removing fence boards, extra slabs laid making the length 9m.

Frame built & black Onduline roof sheets screwed down along with a black flashing against the property wall, sealed up.

New feather edge boards cut to size and re boarded whole fence.

New gate/door fitted with a throw lock for security, creating a useable dry space.

Black guttering fitted to prevent water dropping onto neighbours drive.

Customer very pleased with the end result.

Project completed - new large shed base installed, retaining wall altered and steps installed in centre, slabs for bench installed.

Client wanted behind the retaining wall draining and damp proofing, do we dug down to the bottom and installed a land drain and fitted son to the back of the wall.

Old ramp was removed and retaining wall continued to the fence line and then returned with a single brick wall with new copings.

New steps cut out of wall and installed using existing slabs onto blue engineering bricks.

Nice project completed recently. Client wanted old decking removed and replacing with a level slabbed area, no steps.

7ton reduced levels dug out by hand and removed from site. New sleeper retainers installed. 600x600mm buff riven concrete slabs laid.

Internal flag paving completed in a boot room. Old LVT flooring ripped up and the old adhesive was holding moisture underneath and had to be scraped off the concrete.

New steps installed to front and door, to make easier for access. Water main found and cut around where another contractor had buried it!

Repeat customer, had us back to continue work from the rear garden to the front.
Part of larger project, new paths installed to front and side, using Indian stone paving. Retaining wall built on the side elevation as levels needed to be built up, so all one level from back garden.

New stepping stones laid through grass to bin store area.

Project completed for one of our property management clients on a student accommodation. Was asked to install a new shower room and retile larger bathroom.

New stud wall installed and shower cubicle created, tiled throughout with white metro tiles and a feature wall using Otsu picket tiles. The floor of the small bathroom tiled with Knightsbridge silver patterned tiles. New doors fitted to both bathrooms.

With help of our subcontractors we have the job signed off on time and handed back to the Landlord.
