🇬🇧 UK Spouse Visa – Can overseas self-employment income be used? Can you apply before starting a new UK job?

Potentially, yes. Under the UK Immigration Rules, qualifying overseas self-employment income may be considered, and an overseas sponsor returning to the UK may potentially rely on a confirmed UK job offer under Category B, even before starting employment—provided the relevant requirements are met.

📌 Every case depends on the evidence and the specific financial category.
