STAIRs stands for Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements. It's a new scheme designed to make it easier for tenants to access information about their landlord and the services they receive.

You can now visit our dedicated STAIRs webpage to find information about areas such as repairs, complaints, rents, safety, service charges, energy efficiency and our performance.

Some of this information was already available on our website, but STAIRs brings it together to make it easier to find.

If you know Christmas is going to put pressure on your finances, there are a few simple things you can do now:

🎄 Write down how much you can afford to spend
🎁 Make a list before you start shopping
🏠 Include your rent and essential household bills in your budget
✅ Consider setting up a Direct Debit for your rent, so you know it is covered.

Try to be realistic about what you can afford and avoid putting pressure on yourself to spend more than you have.
