If you're a Red Kite tenant and swap homes with another Red Kite tenant through a mutual exchange, you could receive a £1,000 cash incentive for moving to a smaller home.

Downsizing can help reduce your rent and energy bills, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

No rent arrears? Great — you’re eligible!
❗ If you do have arrears, the incentive will go towards clearing them so your move can still happen.

Bird nesting season comes to an end on 31st August 🪺🌳🍃

Between March and August, we avoid cutting hedges and shrubs to help protect nesting birds. As the season draws to a close, our grounds maintenance team will be able to carry out hedge and shrub works that have been on hold over the summer.

🥸You may have seen some hedge cutting going over in recent weeks, this is done after the teams check for the presence of any bird nests.

We're excited to welcome the Aico roadshow trailer to our offices on Wednesday 9th September. Come along to find out more about home safety, see the latest smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarm technology in action, and ask any questions you may have.

Tenants can now read all the questions submitted during our first ever Tenant Question Time, along with the answers provided by our panel on the night - redkitehousing.org.uk/questiontime

The event brought together tenants and Red Kite colleagues for an open and honest discussion about antisocial behaviour, giving tenants the opportunity to ask questions directly to the people responsible for delivering and shaping our services. Thirteen tenants took part, with nine attending in person and four joining online.
