Offer Agreed 🥳
We are absolutely delighted for our clients who have just had an offer agreed on their forever home in leafy West Horsley.
The brief: A forever family home in an area that offered a real sense of community with excellent school options.

We started working with our clients at the beginning of the year, before their London home was on the market. We guided our clients through the search process and worked to identify the areas of Surrey that would best suit them and their young family.
The property we found and secured for our clients in West Horsley is absolutely perfect for our clients, and we know they will be very happy there.
We couldn’t be happier for our clients, and we look forward to guiding them through the conveyancing process to point of exchange. Another happy client!

We’ve been out previewing properties in and around and ahead of a viewing day with clients this weekend.
We’ve also been busy researching and sourcing properties across south Surrey for clients.
We have enjoyed chatting to new clients, who are looking to commence their VERY exciting search in the next couple of months.

Setting ourselves up for another busy week! We have an orientation tour for our clients that are relocating from overseas, and are in the area later this week. We will be showing the best villages that will work for their family lifestyle and commute into London. We are previewing properties for our clients who are relocating from London to Surrey, and continuing to liaise with all the agents.
We also have a very exciting rental search which was cannot wait to commence!
