We successfully challenged the incorrect grant of Immigration Bail issued by the Home Office and secured confirmation that the decision has now been withdrawn.
Following our complaint and detailed representations, the Home Office acknowledged that:
• The withdrawal decision issued on 9 April was made in error
• The grant of Immigration Bail was also issued in error
• A fresh decision will now be made on the pending Administrative Review applications
This outcome is particularly significant because individuals on Immigration Bail are generally unable to switch into the Skilled Worker route from within the UK. By securing the withdrawal of the Immigration Bail decision, our client is now able to proceed with switching into a Skilled Worker Visa category.
