The most important Supreme Court decision , in a generation , was published on Friday. Uber v Aslan blows away any idea that you can escape legal obligations to workers by paperwork. In future tribunals must look at the legislation creating rights, and see what is the reality of the relationship between a business and someone conducting work for the business.
Only then is paperwork relevant, if it is consistent with the reality of the situation
