Little insight on progress on our latest project in Mytholmroyd

Lovely customer, so far .....we have removed the full bathroom suite , intalled stud walls on outer walls , insulated, boarded and plastered.

Removed the combi boiler and installed a system boiler with un vented cylinder, all pipework moved and adjusted so customer can use his solar power to heat the water

Removed external soil stack and replaiced with new .

We are half tile , shower panel in bath, metal bath with all the other trimmings to suit..... wait for the outcome , modern ... twist ..... energy efficient 👌👌

We now also offer quotations on plastering through our work alongside team , along with full installs, alterations and safety check from gas safe registered installer .

A little problem flip this week for one of our regular customers .

This specific apartment was on a first floor , and badly repaired by a previous contractor, tiling over tile , hole in bath , leaking pipework and waste kits !!!

Causing a big old mess !!!

So we removed the failed bathtub, flooring , and wall coverings.

Repaired the pipework, installed New, installed New bath , shower 10mm wall panels to bath area , new thermostatic shower riser kit onto bath tap , with a new bath screen strengthened and installed new 22mm floorgrade , underlay and LVT floor , trimmed and sealed to suit .

All tested as standard and working as it should of being 👌👌

This weeks little turnaround for a lovely couple

Bath out .... shower in

Same street we did 2 doors down a few months ago .

Access issues with bath so out it came and a shower installed 😇

Removel of full suite as required, alterations of pipework , installed all new.

Install 10mm spc shower panels , 1400 x700 low tray , with shower screen with flipper and thermostatic shower .

Slimline vanity combo unit with resin top and mixer tap , rimless luxury enclosed toilet with soft close seat

1600x 500 towel radiator

Lowered ceiling and overboarded , installed white gloss cladded panels with ip66 LED downlights .

Finished off with a oak finish LVT floor with underlay All above sealed to suit 👌

5 days , start to finish

On to the next one .....

Last weeks little turnaround for a lovely couple in shelf .

We removed the old tired shower cubicle that had being in for 15 years 😳, prep to walls altered pipework and installed 10mm shower panel in gloss marble , chrome finishing trims and a cornice trim around top.
installed New 1200x760 tray lower than previous for ease of access, door and end panel , and duel thermostatic shower

The customer wanted to re use the sink vanity and toilet vanity , so we re installed them with new waste traps.

And finished off with a chrome towel rad.

Customers happy were happy 😇

Just the flooring and a lick of paint to ceiling and jobs a good en 💪

This little project finished today in bradford for a return customer , we did the bathroom 3 month ago ..... now the kitchen 🕺💃

We started this 2 weeks ago , 9 working days in total 💪

Full rip out of existing kitchen and flooring .

Cut out chimney breast , install lintel , timber out and plaster full room to suit

Repairs to floor areas as needed due to unforseen rotten timbers

All pipework , gas, electrics and drainage pipes moved and installed to suit .

Installation of kitchen ,lvt flooring , tiling , plastering and appliances , all supplied, organised, installed and finished by us 💪💪

A little insight into this weeks job started for a return customer in Allerton, Bradford.

We visited this property 4 months ago and renovated there bathroom , now we are back to do the kitchen 😀

We have this week , well from tuesday , removed the old kitchen , capped off and altered pipework and electrics to suit , removed fireplace inc old fire and back boiler to make more room for the customer , to install the new dual oven into the new alcove area.
Installed lintels , frameworked out , board and plaster to suit 👌 😀
No final pics yet of plaster as we forgot with being friday 🤣😅

Kitchen has being delivered...... so monday in it goes 💪💪

This process from start to finish , every trade , and even down to the kitchen order and appliances we have covered .

Just one of this weeks jobs ( we forgot to take pictures 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️🤦)🤣

Busy week in one of our multi job weeks for customers up and down , halifax , ripponden , luddendenfoot and Helmsley..... we cover all areas 👌👌

This one 6m3 of plank style tile , we had to screed the floor to suit, install and grout in this period property , and as for the finish grout mixed using 2 colours to create the customer desired colour ... so bespoke 😇

We dont just go for the big jobs , from a change of a toilet to a full kitchen install , we cater for all , offer a friendly service and with a smile 😊

A few of this weeks little jobs on our as we like to call it "bitting week"

A couple of repairs for a local property company one installing anti slip grips to a external staircase steps , re-cover in anti slip on landing, and paint all step treads in anti slip paint and install support legs as someone Had cut out 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️, we supplied and fitted all above from our local suppliers .

Another one for same company removing a kitchen laminate in a 2nd floor apartment, repair sub floor , remove the problematic washer ,repair and install new sub floor , hard back insulation and light grey LVT/F all sealed i to suit and new valves that isolate 🤣

Next a private customer we installed a flagged patio area one we already prepaired a few months back 👌

We dont just do internals , we cover ALL trades , from a new bathroom to a outside seating area , we got you covered 👌👌👍👍

This weeks little turnaround finish for a lovely couple in south Kirkby

This one was from a recommendation from a previous customer we had fit for less than 2 months ago 👌👊

We removed the full old bath suite , including tiles and flooring , renewed/ moved and installed new solvent weld waste pipes , hot and cold feeds , repaired and prepared the walls

Installed a timber frame ceiling , boarded and white gloss cladded with x4 ip rated LED downlights and fan.

Installed new marble grey shower wall panels with black profile trims to suit 👌

Black marble SPC flooring

800x800 quadrant shower tray , with black profile , tray and thermostatic dual head shower.

1000mm combo sink unit with gloss resin top , black waterfall tap with click waste , BTW luxury rimless pan with soft close seat and black flush button , enclosed cistern.

Finished off with a black towel radiator .

We even built the customers new storage unit for them and put in place 😇

Nice 4 day turnaround to suit whilst was on holiday

Another one done in hebden bridge 👌👌👌

This lovely straight through terrace with internal centre bathroom has being given a full makeover using only the finest 👌

We stripped out the full bathroom suite , removed all the hot and cold feeds back to room entry point , also waste pipes due to age and all no fall on pipework.

Installed new hot and cold feeds for all new outlets , all in new locations , solvent weld waste pipes all in new locations, electrical points made safe and moved as required , new lighting feed installed and fan. re boarded and plastered to suit , tank sealed and primed all areas that was required .

We installed skirting tile , wall tiles , and pencil boarder to the walls in customers chosen tiles , flooring over boarded with cement board and a quarry type tile installed of x2 different colours in the checkerboard style , all tiles from the originalstyle tile range from Devon.
Supplied by halifax tiles
Giving a period look but with a contemporary modern finish.

All bathroom suite , fixtures , fittings , tower radiator and even down to the valves and waste trap all from the vintage chartsworth traditional range finished in antique brushed brass 👌🤌

Customer supplied light fittings and hand made storage unit finished in antique oak

This really does look stunning 😍, the pictures dont do it any justice and thats saying something .

Another customer absoloutly over the moon Just the decoration to finish .

All works carried out by total- trades and c&c tiling from start to finish 💪💪
