Ready, set... fundraise. 🏃

The countdown is on for this year's Great Scottish Run with AJ Bell, and a team of BTO colleagues will be taking on the challenge in support of our charity partner, Sepsis Research.

From the Glasgow city centre through Glasgow Green and along the banks of the River Clyde, our runners will be joining thousands of participants in either the 10K or Half Marathon, all while raising funds for a cause that makes a real difference.

Representing BTO on the day are Will Cole, Michael Cox, Alistair Barbour, Olivia Coyle, Aaron Kane, Natalie Boal, Morgan Francis, Bence Szigeti and Cara Cawley.

Training is well underway, but there's still time to support the team. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Sepsis Research continue its vital work raising awareness, providing support and helping save lives.

Employers: Are you ready for the Employment Rights Act 2025?

The Act introduces some of the most significant workplace reforms in a generation, with major changes to UK employment law expected to take effect in stages during 2026 and 2027.

To help organisations prepare, we are hosting two practical seminars:

Led by BTO employment law specialists Amanda Buchanan and Dawn Robertson, the sessions will provide clear, practical guidance on what employers should be doing now to reduce risk, review contracts and policies and prepare managers for the changes ahead.
