PERA has officially launched the ASK PERA App to make it easier for citizens to raise their voice and share complaints about the conduct of PERA officers during field visits.
This app is created so that if any citizen faces any kind of misbehavior, misuse of authority, or unprofessional attitude from an officer in the field, they can easily report it through their mobile phone.
Every citizen of Punjab can download the ASK PERA App from the Android Play Store and submit their complaint directly.
The purpose is simple: to ensure respectful behavior in the field, accountability of officers, and protection of every citizen’s dignity.
پیرا نے باقاعدہ طور پر ASK PERA ایپ لانچ کر دی ہے تاکہ شہری آسانی سے اپنی شکایات درج کر سکیں، اگر فیلڈ میں پیرا افسران کے رویے یا ان کے طرزِ عمل سے متعلق کوئی مسئلہ پیش آئے تو اس پر آواز اٹھا سکیں۔
یہ ایپ اس مقصد کے لیے متعارف کروائی گئی ہے کہ اگر کسی شہری کو پیرا افسران کے حوالے سے کوئی شکایت ہو، جیسے بدتمیزی، اختیارات کا غلط استعمال یا غیر پیشہ ورانہ رویہ، تو وہ براہِ راست اور آسانی سے اپنی شکایت درج کر سکے۔
پنجاب کا ہر شہری یہ ایپ Android Play Store سے ڈاؤن لوڈ کر سکتا ہے۔ اس اقدام کا بنیادی مقصد فیلڈ میں باعزت رویے کو یقینی بنانا، احتساب کو مضبوط کرنا اور ہر شہری کی عزت و وقار کی حفاظت کرنا ہے.
