One of the most frequent questions i am asked is ' What do Agents feel about Buying Agents'. I can not speak for other buying agents but the relationship i have built up with agents and other buying agents for that matter, over 4 decades has been invaluable and i am forever grateful to them.

Whilst we cover quite a broad area in terms of searches for clients, Simon has both lived and worked in property, initially as an agent and then buying agent in Farnham, for over four decades! Arguably there isn't anyone else who knows the area and properties as well as he does.

The current market is certainly challenging but that can often be hugely advantageous for buyers. Most properties we acquire for clients are 'off market' and we currently have a growing list of properties that will be formally coming to the market next spring BUT could be acquired 'off market' today!
