Our approach is open, yet professional and we endeavour to provide a service tailored to your individual needs. We pride ourselves

on forging long-term relationships with our expanding client base. The key to our firm’s success, in addition to giving sound commercial advice based on a good understanding of our clients’ overall needs, is centred on our policy of fairness, clarity and communication. Personal attention to your requirements is key within our practice; we offer continuity of personnel and our aim is to always be accessible to our clients. We are Signatories of The Law Society's Diversity & Inclusion Charter. The present directors together with assistant solicitors and support staff, offer a service that is comprehensive, thorough and thoughtful, local in approach, yet broad in expertise. And we particularly recognise the need to provide good value for money. A large percentage of our legal work comes through referrals - from people we have worked with over a period of time and who have appreciated the level of expertise, empathy, support, care and understanding we continue to offer. Indeed, approximately 70% of our matters are instructions from previous clients or are recommendations from previous clients – there can be no higher recognition of our service. We hope you will become one of them and feel happy to recommend us to others.

We are delighted to announce that Jodie Everard, our Head of Residential Conveyancing, has been promoted to Director at Rundlewalker Solicitors, effective 1st May 2026.

Joining us in 2020 during the height of the pandemic, Jodie quickly became an invaluable member of the team. Her leadership of our largest department, her commitment to client care, and her impressive professional achievements - including qualifying as both a CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner and Chartered Legal Executive - have made a real impact on the firm.

Managing Director & CEO Nick Dudman shared:
“Jodie’s elevation is well deserved and is recognition of her continued devotion to the firm…A lot of boxes ticked!”

Jodie added:
“Rundlewalker has a genuine family feel…I’m looking forward to contributing at Board level and providing a strong voice for the conveyancing team.”
