▫️Section of water damaged skirting replaced

◾️All woodwork prepped and given x2 coats of Valspar Premium Wood paint again mixed up in Polished Pebble to match the walls

⏳ Insurance job started this week over in Chester 🫪

⚡️ What are the chances of a bolt of lightening striking the roof causing the boiler to catch fire 🤯 Popping a load of boards in the living room in the process. This could have been so much worse and it’s lucky no one was hurt 🙏🏼

We’ve pulled the whole ceiling down in both rooms so the electrician and plumber can assess any damage caused to the wiring and pipe work. We’ll then be returning once we are given the go ahead to reinstate the ceilings and paint both rooms ready for the property to go back on the market 👍🏼

☑️ Completed pictures from the HSL project over in Weaverham 🤩

Wish I’d remembered the before pictures on this one 🤦🏻‍♂️ but there’s one or two towards the end….

Full breakdown of the project as follows

▫️Wallpaper and picture rail removed from a couple of walls

◾️Artex ceilings reskimmed to a smooth flat finish

▫️Cmcjoinery removed the old dated staircase adding new spindles and hand rails 👏🏼

◾️Fresh plastered ceiling mist coated and given x2 coats of Dulux Supermatt

▫️Walls given x2 coats of Valspar Premium matt emulsion mixed in Warm Eucalyptus

◾️All woodwork including new spindles prepped and given x2 coats of matt eggshell in striking black (no doors on this one as being replaced for oak at a later date)

▫️Hand rails stained in dark oak

◾️And to finish….a stunning mural feature wall in the hallway completed by JTL decorating services 👌🏼

Really pleased with how this one turned out 🙌🏼 The customer got in touch with pictures of their vision using ChatGPT and it’s fair to say we came through with the final result.

🤩 Another review received over on our Google page from one of our customers 🥰

Reviews or feedback from customers is essential to any business or anyone who’s self employed. Apart from putting a smile on our face and giving us a warm fuzzy feeling inside, it also helps us build trust with potential new customers and also helps them decide on who to trust in their homes 👌🏼 I’ll honestly never get bored of reading feedback from our customers and will always appreciate the time taken in doing so. It makes all the hard work worthwhile.

📔 The diary is filling up nicely for the coming months with limited availability between now and October. As always we will accommodate all jobs big or small where we can 👍🏼

▫️x1 wall reskimmed along with a couple of patches

◾️Ceilings given x2 coats of Dulux Supermatt

▫️Fresh plaster mist coated then all walls given x2 coats of Valspar Premium Matt emulsion mixed in colour Candlelight

◾️All woodwork prepped, knotting sorted out and treated correctly then given x2 coats of Dulux Trade High Gloss

▫️Radiators given x2 coats of radiator paint

◾️All sockets and switches cleaned of years of paint build up and grease

▫️Old sealant around windows and door raked out and replace with new

Made up with how this one turned out, left the big open space feeling much brighter and spotless….the customer even commented she doesn’t want to cook in there now 😅
