It was a genuine pleasure meeting Mr Lewis Mataya, affectionately known as “Mr Ndinorova.”

A remarkable talent from Zimbabwe, with exceptional ability as a fighter, an engaging personality, and a charisma that leaves a lasting impression.

As a global citizen, you are pursuing a journey that inspires people far beyond national borders.

What stood out to me most, however, is the sense of purpose behind what you do. There is clearly something bigger driving you, a desire to inspire, to make an impact, and to leave a meaningful legacy beyond the victories and accolades.

I have no doubt that greater heights lie ahead. Keep walking in your purpose and continue to inspire through both your achievements and the person you are.

Wishing you continued success and greatness. Much respect, sir.

Section 3C is undergoing important changes, and “time‑buying” applications will now be significantly more difficult to use. Two key practices are being closed off:

1. Biometric enrolment can no longer be delayed.
2. Applications can no longer be varied repeatedly without completing biometric enrolment.

That look on your face when you find out the Employment Tribunal has awarded someone £3,200 after they rejected your advice to accept a reasonable £5,500 settlement offer from their employer, because ChatGPT had told them they were entitled to £65,000.

Another Sponsor Licence Reinstated (Revocation successfully Reversed) at Melch King Solicitors following representations by Melch King Riyo

He argued that the Secretary of State had materially erred in law by treating the existence of a discrepancy between the salary specified on the relevant Certificate of Sponsorship and the remuneration actually received by the sponsored worker as constituting evidence of sponsor non-compliance.

Accordingly, the Home Office failed to undertake the evaluative assessment required by its own guidance and instead applied an inflexible rule that any reduction in salary necessarily amounted to a breach warranting revocation.
