What an amazing night, I just want to thank everyone who attended The Warwickshire Law Society Presidents Dinner & Awards Friday night. I am overwhelmed with the lovely posts that have been put on Social Media. The atmosphere was fizzing & everyone was having a great night. Can’t believe I sold 8 books of raffle tickets & we made an amazing £1300 to be equally split between Terrence Higgins Trust & Prostate Cancer UK

I am not sure why this event is not getting the support this year, it may be the date putting people off or just that people are thinking twice before attending events due to the current financial crisis, we all find ourselves in. Whatever the reason the tickets sales, so far, are just not making it viable to go ahead. If the tickets sales haven't improved by Friday evening, we are going to have to cancel/postpone the event. I am just so disappointed for the charity, who do an amazing job supporting our men & their family's who are struck by this dreadful disease. Please if you are planning on booking tickets please do so before end of play on Friday. Thank you to the few people who have purchased tickets so far. Thank you to the sponsors (crcs legal Lawtech 365 Group & No5 Barristers' Chambers) who hopefully will move their sponsorship to the new date if postponed. With grateful thanks to Cieran Coventry Rugby who has agreed to give the Society a credit towards another event booking, you are amazingly supportive.

CHARITY FASHION SHOW IN AID OF Prostate Cancer UK HOSTED BY The Warwickshire Law Society at Coventry Rugby
I'm saddened to say that I think this may be the last year I organise this event due to the lack of support & interest in it this year. I am so surprised as it is a great evening and has always been well attended in past years.

Tickets are only £5 each and include a free glass of Fizz on arrival and entry into the door prize to win vouchers to spend on the night. If you would like to come along for a great evening out, bagging bargains on the way and supporting an amazing charity, please message me & I will send the link to pay for your tickets.

Organising charity events is so stressful, especially as I organise them on my own. Its even more stressful when tickets sales are a bit slow. The Annual Charity Fashion Show is normally really well attended with people looking forward to the next one. I am delighted to announce that No5 Barristers'​ Chambers have agreed to sponsor the event, along with crcs legal & Lawtech 365 Group. This will ensure that all proceeds from the evening will go directly to Prostate Cancer UK I had a phone call from the Fashion company yesterday saying they have some fabulous new lines this year. So Please Please Please start to book your tickets, lets make this years show the best yet Thank you to Coventry Rugby for allowing us to use your venue once again.
