She knew exactly what she wanted, a Cotswolds bolthole to escape the city. But every time something promising appeared online, it was already gone.

This is what I do. I work exclusively for buyers, not sellers, not agents, to find, negotiate, and secure the right property for them in the Cotswolds. Most of what I find never appears on Rightmove!
