You will handle a quality and varied caseload, including:
• Estate and tax planning
• Trust creation
• Trust administration
• Advising clients and trustees
• Managing your own caseload independently

There will also be the opportunity to prepare wills and run probate matters.

Our busy and expanding Property Department is looking for a new fee earning team member. The team handles a variety of work including residential sales and purchases, leasehold work, transfer of equity and tenancies amongst other matters. The varied case load provides an excellent opportunity to experience a wide range of property matters and to work with our specialist team members.
Responsibilities include:-

• Handling a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership, and help-to-buy. There will also be the opportunity to undertake commercial property work if desired.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Liaising with all parties in the transaction to ensure a smooth progression.
• Maintaining up-to-date records and complying with all regulatory requirements.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:-

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
