Not sitting in the corner watching.

Real work.

Coding.

Dashboards.

Documentation.

System improvements.

Commercial technology projects.

That is how people develop.

Give them responsibility.

Give them standards.

Give them support.

Then let them prove what they can do.

Wrexham University has played a big part in helping us create those opportunities through our partnership.

Several graduates have gone on to work with us, and we continue to support placements.

That is good for the students.

It is also good for business.

Young talent brings energy, challenge and fresh thinking.
