As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and independent nurse prescriber, Helen works in a busy GP surgery, managing patients of all ages with undifferentiated health concerns.

With over 25 years of nursing experience, she has worked across general practice, A&E, community nursing, paediatrics and surgical care, with expertise spanning clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing and referral to secondary care.

What a fantastic day at ๐’๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ค & ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐จ๐œ๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ!

As part of our core principle of ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ, we celebrated the many cultures within our team through one thing that brings everyone together: food.

From samosas, sausage rolls, cheese and pineapple hedgehogs, and ajvar, to chicken karahi with pilau rice, quinoa and steak salad, scones, Victoria sponge cake, sticky toffee flapjacks, chocolate digestives, and Cherry Bakewell, there was an incredible variety of food for everyone to enjoy.

The event showcased just a small selection of the dishes our colleagues brought in to share their cultures and traditions. Better still, all donations raised will go to Amy Speight's Skills For Life.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed. It was a brilliant way to come together, celebrate our differences, and enjoy the diversity that makes our team so strong.
