The secret weapon for C-Suite candidates isn’t templates.

In the C-Suite, you’re visible in ways you’ve never been before. There’s no script. No playbook handed to you.

You have to create your own presence that commands a room.

You have to become an artist.

And to be an artist you have to train like one.

Follow for the specific drills, frameworks and acting techniques that make this happen.

Sus is the default in today’s world and you’re fighting an uphill battle as a leader.

UNLESS you know this and then decide to make a simple commitment to helping your crew come out of their tendency to distrust.

Right at the start of any important meeting set the scene by getting them out of their heads and into the room with you.

Something that will pull them away from their negativity bias and towards enjoying your company.

This can be your content or it can be the way you are with them before you get to business.

Either way - don’t skip this moment or it’ll be mission impossible to get them to buy-in later!

The moments people remember aren’t scripted.

Your best leadership impact comes when you’re present enough to speak spontaneously and land a story.

So train it: practice dinner-table energy in boardroom moments.

Most leaders don’t have a competence problem.
They have an attention problem.

If you want to magnetise attention — not fight for it —
comment “26” and I’ll send you the details of my January Q1 Kickstarter.

I’m working with a group of leaders from January to set their 2026 perception when it’s easy and gives them the biggest bang for their leadership buck!

Comment “26” and I’ll send the details.

Execs don’t ignore you because you’re not capable. They ignore you because their attention is inside their own stress.

Magnetic mid-level leaders pull that attention outward — with clarity, delivery, and attunement.

If you want to learn how to do this in your final December rooms, comment “Magnetic.”

Your final room of the year isn’t “just another meeting.” It’s the moment that announces the leader you’ll be in 2026.

In December, clarity and presence stand out even more — because everyone else is running on fumes.

If you want help stepping into that room sharp, warm, and compelling… comment “Win.”

Your final room of the year shapes your first room of January — far more than people realise.

Before you walk in, ask yourself “What do I want?”
Then sharpen it to the version that’s achievable, win-win, and energising for you to deliver.

Clarity cuts through December fog — and execs remember it in Q1.

If you want help using this before your final December room, comment “Want”
