We got our first result for PSW (Graduate Route) where student was on Exceptional Assurance and her Tier 4 General visa was expired last month.....

Yesterday, we got email from University that she is not eligible for Graduate Route, but, we enlighten the University that Graduate Route is possible under Exception Assurance... After few emails exchange, University was convinced so as the Home Office today ...

Great Result.....

Very satisfying conclusion of another month (March 2021),
Out of numerous positive outcomes, we are glad to share the outcome of one particular / notable case regarding ‘pre-action protocol’ (popularly known as ‘review’) against the refusal of Visitor Visa Application for the United Kingdom.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙩 (𝙛𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙚): Pakistani Origin.

𝙄𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙃𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮: Refusal of UK Visa on couple of Occasions

𝙎𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨：None

𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝: Parents

𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚: Rental income of appox £280.00 per month.

𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩:To visit historical sites in the UK and meet to her friend (British) who met her only once during his visit in Pakistan.
Despite of many refusals, upon the invitation of British Friend, the applicant once again filed an application for the Visit visa for a ‘long period’ of four months.

𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩: Visa application once again declined

𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨:Numerous - Absence of Concrete Family and Financial ties in Pakistan, No confirm relationship with UK based Sponsor, refusal history, no change of circumstances, Covid etc etc.

Upon doing some internet search, the applicant found our profile and asked her friend to approach us. Upon reviewing the decision in the light of history of the refusals and her family life in Pakistan, we confirmed that despite of all odds, the applicant has got good prospects to overturn the refusal decision and to get the UK Visitor Visa.
