Only a few bends!!!!

Keep the flow rate up!! Minimal resistance, maximum efficiency.

Progress so far: 4 LARGE rads, hundreds of pipe clips, a ton of copper and allot of ladder steps all for our local coffee shop!!

Its been a while since I updated on this one.

Yes that's right... we're ready for some plaster!!

2 rooms and a bathroom. 15 bags of plaster and 3 of bonding!!

Slow and steady wins the race. Yes it could have been a an expedited schedule however this property is doing exactly what it was designed to do with our business strategy.

Now for 2 more rooms and a landing... ohh I've decided a new roof is in order!! Just a small variation to the budget šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

It might have been hot last week but that doesn't stop us!! We just keep going.

In this we're stitching the floor for the final stages prior to plastering of a project closer to home.
