Choosing where to live in France isn’t about Google searches, it’s about your lifestyle.
I recently had a consultation with someone who had just landed in France. She had a long-stay visa, no permanent place to stay, and a vision: a small village in the south, no car, walkable, with a café where she could write, relax, and build her new life.
About 15 minutes into our call, she asked, “So… which towns do you recommend?”
Totally fair question, but here’s the thing:
You can’t expect a meaningful answer to that without first understanding the person behind the move.
I explained that I don’t give out quick, generic lists. Because choosing a place to live isn’t like picking a vacation spot. It takes empathy, strategy, and a deep understanding of someone’s daily needs and long-term goals.
And that’s exactly what we did.
She went ahead with my personalised town recommendation service, and now we’re working together to shape her new life in France, not just based on “where it’s nice,” but where she’ll feel at home.
That’s how I work. I listen. I ask the right questions. And then I help you find what fits, because this move is about you.
Thinking about relocating but not sure where to begin?
Let’s talk. Or if you’ve already made the move and feel a bit lost, you’re not alone, and there is a way forward.
